The first phase of the Parker Road Preserve trail system is complete, thanks to the hard work of volunteers. Here are a couple of events planned at the Parker Road trails:
Saturday, April 18th, 9:00 a.m. – Grand Opening Ceremony:
Chester Township Mayor and Council members will be on hand for a ribbon cutting and to officially open the trails of a recreational gem in the heart of our community–The Parker Road Preserve.
Following the ribbon cutting, starting at around 9:30, we will hold a youth mountain bike clinic and a pre-ride of the race loops for the youth mountain bike races we will be holding at the park on May 2nd and May 9th.
Saturday, May 2nd – Team Bulldog/Cycle Craft 10th Annual Youth Mtn Bike Race and NJ State High School and Middle School Mountain Biking Championships. (u19race.teambulldog.com)
